We were commissioned to reimagine a private residence in Chennai to bring in a sense of flow among their living, dining, library, and bar spaces. We married curated antiques, carefully selected artworks, and contemporary furniture to create an aesthetic of understated elegance and luxury. Thoughtfully harmonised, every space seamlessly flows into the other whilst maintaining a distinct character of its own.
A cosy, charming library with built-in, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves is the perfect place to read, contemplate, and daydream. An architectural eyecatcher in its own right, the bar is strategically placed in the centre of the room with brass fins and a beautiful semi-precious stone top. We chose a bold wallpaper for the formal dining room and the classic chandelier adds a touch of glamour, bringing all the elements together.
